under Parents Guide for this movie, magoo

In the Parents guide, under "sex and nudity", the last item says "reference to magoo".

I just watched this yesterday, and i wasn't familiar with the way magoo was used - but it seemed apparent in context. The situation was the two service men in the hospital. I recall one usage that was "You have to use your magoo." which seemed to imply use your brain. The other usage was that he had to give her (his nurse) the magoo to get what he wanted. And this was used several times. In context, it seemed to say that he had to trick the nurse by pretending to be romantically interested in her so that she would get him great food against the doctor's orders.

When i do a google search on magoo, there are indeed sexual definitions to it. But it doesn't seem that they apply to the usage in this movie.

So i was wondering about the usage in the time of this movie. Was there a meaning that i am unfamiliar with?
