When is the DVD coming out?

This is one of the best film noir ever made. This and Scarlet Street are on my top ten favorite film noir. They have to release this one DVD and a better DVD of Scarlet Street. Does anyone know if they will or if they are planning to?

i recently bought a legit and legal Spanish DVD thats available after a poster on this board kindly mentioned its availability.

as to why this classic is not available in America, i really am at a loss
