Can't say I blame you...
Another one - this time not kiss & hair washing related - is the immensely funny way she replies to that unpleasant psychiatrist's harangue ("Oh my dear lady...") by quipping: "Oh my dear DOCTOR!"
I keep getting the impression that it was improvised, and that Bette - or maybe both of them - could hardly refrain from bursting into laughter...
