I hate to see a movie with no posts...

This film definitely deserves to have a thread. Susan Peters is talented and lovely and shows promise of being an up and coming star. It is a tragedy that her career was cut short by a hunting accident that left her in a wheel chair. Then she died from complications just a few years later. Check her out also in "Random Harvest."

While Peters' character is charming, the brother is completely obnoxious throughout. It was interesting that Mary Astor's character was expected by her husband to just abandon her highly successful writing career now that she was married. It seemed that he couldn't imagine why she would want to continue working now that he could financially support her. This thread is not completely wrapped up in the end, so one hopes they could come to some sort of compromise.
