Stagecoach music
Nice touch - as the stagecoach rolls into town at the start, the music - an up-tempo arrangement of "Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie" - is the theme from John Ford's "Stagecoach" (from four years earlier).
Deliberate tribute, presumably.
