The Colored Version of 'Saboteur'

I am wondering if the colored version of "Saboteur" has English subtitles in it. The reason I asked is that I have looked up to see if it has closed captioning in it, and it never mentioned this. If it does have English subtitles, that's good enough for me. :)
So, is the subtitles mentioned in the newest DVD of "Saboteur" have English subtitles (if anyone owns this one?)
Here's the description and the photo of the DVD I am talking about in this link (just copy the link below, and paste it to your address bar to view the page): http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/602-5724204-3260617?_encoding=UTF8&frombrowse=1&asin=B000ECX0Q0

Hi,

I just watched the new version of Saboteur. It does indeed have the English subtitles, but it is not a colorized version. It is black and white, and it looks better than the original DVD release.

So...is there a colorized version of this movie or not, and if there is, where can I purchase it?
