AMC has all the hitchcock movies now?

i noticed amc has rope, saboteur, vertigo, the birds, and something else scheduled to run back to back a couple of times this week (sep 17, 2007). guess encore's given them up for a while.
i hate the thought of all those commercials. i dont think anyone makes the viewer watch more commercials than AMC.

Not all movies. TCM is going to show Suspicion soon in their channel. AMC is still missing Lifeboat, Notorious, Under Capricorn, Strangers on a Train, North by Northwest, Foreign Correspondent, The Paradine Case, and many others,

What are you talking about? AMC has the shortest commercials I've ever seen, and they're only every fifteen minutes or so. I don't know what channels you watch, but none I've ever seen have so few commercials.

Early 2008: now they are showing the Paramount/Universal Hitchcocks on

Robert Redford's "Sundance Channel." The art film channel.

Hitchcock warned Truffaut that he didn't want to work "for the art houses."

Well, now he does.
