Soda City
I believe this is along shot of an old salt reclaiming site near Bishop, California off Highway 395. I have been past that site probably 50 or more times. It just looks very familiar.
shareI'm going to have to look for that on Google Earth. For grins and giggles I've been trying to plot the location of Soda City based on the view of the dam.

The location of Soda City is not necessarily near Hoover Dam, I think Hitch took cinematic license and simply showed the dam through the hole in the door.
