Night Monster (1942) will be shown on Svengoolie on MeTV on Saturday night, 3 October 2015, at 9PM Central Time.
This little-known movie is highly underrated and deserves to be considered a classic. It's one of the best horror movies that Universal made in the 1940s.
It's the perfect film to watch on a Saturday night. Night Monster is definitely worth watching.
It sounds good in the review. I like suspense in my horror films.
Also, glad they're finally listing Svengoolie with the film to be shown. It was just each individual film, which didn't allow me to set a reoccurring weekly recording. Then it became just "Svengoolie," with no mention of which film they were showing. Now it's "Svengooie - Night Monster." Just right.

Yes, I've been watching them weekly, but not always at the time they're on. I record them on my DVR so I don't miss, though.

It will be a perfect nite here in the Mid Atlantic Coast area for Svengoolie and a B&W Horror Flick... add Lugosi and Atwill.... well, that is just icing on the cake.

hi..been follwing your posts..i'm 63, and as a young boy I was addicted to the universal films of the 30s,40s, and 50s..million dollar movie(here in nyc),chiller theatre,zacherly and creature features were my library and musuem..so cool that youre horror/scifi buffs..

My wife watched The Ghoul when she was young.
