This is the first Coop movie I've seen of him where he was young, and I found myself being reminded of Jon Hamm, the actor who plays Draper on Mad Men. Some of their expressions are similar. I still think Coop was better looking & a better actor, but anyone else see the resemblence there?

shareI like Jon Hamm, but he's nowhere in the league of Cooper in either looks, presence or acting ability. I also see no resemblance at all. Gary Cooper was drop dead gorgeous. Hamm is handsome, but nothing that spectacular.

Gary Cooper is about 400 times better looking than Costner. Ask any female, they'll tell ya.
I see Kevin Costner as well - check out "Dances with Wolves" - there's certain expressions that Costner has that definitely reminds me of Gary Cooper.

I think Costner does resemble the infinitely more gorgeous Cooper. I can also see a similarity around the jaw to Hamm.
Cooper actually reminds me a bit of Jason Isaacs esp. the eyes.
Sadly none of these are as beautiful as Mr Cooper. I was totally born too late. *sigh*

Well the closest that anyone in the last 20 years comes to Coop is Harrison Ford- and it's not really that close. There are a lot of little guys around today.
