Is a DVD coming, Warners?

I wonder if Warner Bros. was hinting at a DVD release for "Dive Bomber" when they recently released "The Adventures of Robin Hood" on DVD.

One of the bonus features of that release was a bunch of trailers for other Errol Flynn movies, and "Dive Bomber" was one of them.

Does anyone else think this might imply an impending release of these other films?

I certainly hope so. Dive Bomber has always been a favorite - as much for the wonderful depiction of the prewar aircraft and their color schemes, as for knowing that the carrier used in the movie was one of only 2 pre-war aircraft carriers to survive the war (USS Enterprise).

I'm pleased to say that a DVD of this film is now available, and it looks pretty good too.

Where is the DVD available from?

It's a warner DVD, but it's British. I'm disappointed at the lack of a DVD! There are enough Flynn films for a second collection...

Its coming as a R1 release in 2007 as part of V2 Errol Flynn Collection.
