Was it just me or did Joan Fontaine look like...

Scarlett Johansson in this flick, or should I say Scarlett Johansson looks like Joan Fontaine. I can't be the only one who thought so ?

I thought this too. She even had the same acting mannerisms as Scarlett in this film.
She looked sort of like Janet Leigh as well.

I don't see much resemblance between Joan Fontaine and Scarlett Johansson. Joan had a classic beauty, while Scarlett is more a mix of classic with her own idiosyncratic look.

Not that offhand I can think of anyone who looks just like Joan Fontaine, but hers is clearly a classic beauty.

It's the shape of her mouth: sort of skewed to one side. Not a deformation, and certainly not unattractive, but not found in many women, or men for that matter. I guess Scarlett owes her beauty to this trait.

They are both white chicks with blonde hair. That's about where the resemblance ends.
