Remake?

Does anyone know who is going to be in the remake?

The horrible, horrible remake.

Ooooo...I hope it's Ashton Kutcher and Kate Hudson!!! It'll be so much better in COLOR!!!

reply

You're joking right?

reply

That would be a traveshamockery. Please leave old movies alone. No one can do it like Powell and Loy.

reply

They better damn well not do a re-make!

I wish they would remake Gone With The Wind and Casablanca. The originals could be improved upon.

reply

Only if they made both as a cross over film. Gone with the Casablanca.

starry-messenger, I am not being facetious, but serious. Can you give me your approximate age? I'm doing a little study on certain movies, age of posters, and their comments. Thank you.

I'm actually enjoying the remake right now.....they remade this film just one year later, in 1941, as a radio program for Lux Radio Theater. It's pretty good. In the William Powell role is someone well-suited for it -- Cary Grant. He does a good job, and doesn't make you necessarily wish for Powell (and I'm a major Powell fan). And for the Myrna Loy role, they really got someone who has that "Loy" kind of thing going on -- Myrna Loy!
