Death of 'SPUD'...
Would not JOE GREER (Pat O'Brien) be charged with manslaughter for the death of SPUD (Frank McHugh)? His actions were deliberate and caused a fatality. J.G. was such a ass most of the film it is the least that should have happened to him.
