You have never heard jokes about people being born on the side of a hill? It's a VERY old joke. The theory is that people who are born on the side of a hill would have one leg shorter (closer to the top of the hill). Just imagine it.

yea, that makes sense. when I first saw it though, I thought she was saying, "I was born of the side of a HEEL," which would be a play on words, referencing her broken heel. I guess either way would work
