For those who saw The Hangover, do you think the guys waking up with a tiger in their hotel room and having to transport it is a reference to Bringing Up Baby?

Coincidence. Besides, I doubt the people who adored "The Hangover" to the point of God-worship would like "Bringing Up Baby", and I like both films.
