Did Mr. Deeds ever find something to rhyme with Buddington?

I too was expecting that eventually he would find a rhyme.
He didn't. Maybe that's the answer/metaphor: there's no rhyme to the three C's and Buddington.

Deeds never did find a rhyme for Budington, but he wasn't from Michigan:
