What is the name of the song in the part where the couple are sitting on the grass and imagining about their life in a house, where the cow gives the milk etc..

Good Question. I don't know. Is there any kind of thing similar to a soundtrack for this movie. Often silent movies get re-scored, but this hybrid had music written by Chaplin.

it's called "Smile" and it was actually written by Chaplin as well.
