Could it be one of the greatest scenes in cinema history? I think so.

Maybe not one of THE greatest, but to me a very good, funny scene.

Utterly brilliant. If there was an Oscar for all-time best use of sound in a comedy, it would have to go to Chaplin, the silent movie star, for that scene.

The use of sound throughout the whole film was genius in my opinion, not just that scene.

Until the end, if you notice...all of the actual human voices came from machines.
The score is phenomenal as well.
