What a hoot to see a young and platinum blond Lucille Ball in this. I love to see her in anything pre-I Love Lucy. She was so talented and versatile.

Me too! I love seeing her in her old contract days at Columbia and RCA. She was simply gorgeous!

The trouble with her is that she's here today and here tomorrow.

i quite agree. i was rather surprised to see lucille ball as a blonde in her earlier films and almost didnt recognise her. must also agree that the lady had an enormous amount of talent and beauty!

Not a huge role for Lucy, but lots of fun wisecracking back and forth with her, Eve Arden, Ann Miller, Gail Patrick, and of course leads Ginger Rogers and Kate Hepburn.
