That great old Kim Carnes song ALWAYS comes immediately to my mind during Bette's two iconically memorable "eyes" scenes in this movie. I know you all know EXACTLY the two scenes I mean. No one's EVER "done" eyes better than Bette did in this movie!

Bette's eyes were so large and gorgeous, and I'm so glad that such a great song -which has also become a classic itself- was recorded to honor them. And I agree that she uses her eyes in a magnificent way in this movie. She looks fascinating and irresistible most of the time.
