there's a guy in the movie who looks like preston sturges... anyone know if it's him? it's a small part but you see him a few times. at about 1:28:54 on the dvd, you see him signalling to the conductor to play the song one more time... at around 1:27:52 he says "on stage!" i think that's his only line... he's not credited for it on imdb so maybe it's not him...
sharei thought the exact same thing, so i did a quick search and found your post. i paused and rewound the dvd a few times to compare him with photos from the autobiography, "preston sturges by preston sturges." even though they share similar eyes and slightly jowly look, i don't think it's him because the ears, hairline and tips of their noses are different. would have been fun it had been though!
