That's one calm crack-up

In the scene in which Hammond, his driver and the Secret Service guys wreck, as the car careens out of control, the occupants look no more disturbed and distressed than they would if they were sightseeing. They seem more curious than terrified, as if thinking "Hey, is that a toll booth up ahead?"

No particular significance, just found it amusing. Film must have been threatening to go over budget when they shot that scene. "1 take, print it!"

Your post is 7 years old so I doubt you will read this.

You were not paying attention. As far as I they were not occupants. There were 4 people in Hammond's car and 5 people were in a car that was following him. The people following him were reacting to the sight of the car wreak that took place in front of them.

The most important thing is sincerity. If you can fake that you've got it made.
