Does anyone know who the actress was that was sitting at the table (in the club that Stanwick was singing in), with 2 older men, and Stanwick was singing to the men while the girl looked annoyed? the girl looked like Jean Harlow, but of course it couldn't have been her since she was already famous by then. Unless it was an uncredited cameo?
shareWhen I last saw the film a few months ago I thought it was Mae Madison, a Harlowesque blonde that usually played bits and small parts in this era but now seeing IMDb does not have her in their (unbilled) credits I couldn't swear to it. There's someone named Suzanne Talbot they list as having an undetermined role yet that is her only IMDb credit (obviously she is not the 1990's caterer IMDb has her credit listed with) so who knows what she looks like.
Noel Francis was another Harlow type who often did bit parts in this era. The starlet who really looked like Jean was Joan Marsh but she almost never did unbilled bits so I'm pretty sure it's not her. Another platinum blonde who often did bits was Toby Wing but she looked nothing like Harlow. I'm guessing it's either Mae in something that wasn't listed by Warner Bros. files or it's the unknown Suzanne.
