Who played Lord Clancharlie?

There is no mention of it in the credits, but over a dozen actors are listed as uncredited. Does anyone know who played him? He only has one scene, where the King sends him to the Iron Lady.

Conrad Veidt played that role as well as Gwynplaine.

Okidoki. They must have used the makeup actively, because they didn`t look very alike.
