Nice creepy 100 Year Old Film
I really enjoyed this.
The music really is it's own character here. I guess it has to be, since there's no audio dialogue.
The vampire looked horrific, but the make-up was superb. I can't imagine how the people reacted to the vampire on screen in 1922. They probably ran out of the theater.
The setting and atmosphere is really creepy and is really well done. Not sure the rats are part of the book, as I have not read it, but it's a nice diversion the vampire created to carry out his conquest for the missus.
Fun film, and well worth 88 minutes of watching. I will definitely watch this again in future.
