I like to watch this film every day. Sometimes more than once a day. Preferably with the original German intertitles, sometimes without English subtitles.
I can never get tired of this eerie film!

It's worth it since it's one of the scariest films of all time.

I actually agree. Seeing as they look so similar to the originals, and even some of the originals are recreations, there is no harm in watching the English version. In fact, one of the advantages of silent films is the ability to make different language title cards.
