What is the best DVD version for this film?

I was looking to pick up this film on DVD. Which version of the DVD would you recommend?

Avoid the cheap ELSTREE release. It looks like an old print projected onto a sheet on someone's wall and then filmed/videotaped. It cost me £2.99 from Play.com (I am in the UK). A friend warned me not to buy it and I wish I had listened to him. Not sure what release to recommend, though.

Thank you for the advice. These films are in the public domain aren't they? I suppose thats not a bad thing but it makes it difficult for DVD enthusiasts like myself to find a worthwhile edition.

The Image Entertainment version seems pretty good so far.
