That's what's so fascinating about this guy. On one hand, he's obviously guilty and deserves jail because he's been dabling in some weird stuff. Some obvious crimes. On the other hand, he appears to be a pretty likebale guy at times, even descent. He comes off as a bit of an underdog in the end, even though he is obviously guilty.

And that underdog status is why I'm asking the question. It might have an effect.

I think he's more guilty of being stupid than anything else.

Yeah, he talked about killing Carole Baskin all the time, but I don't think he was serious about it because he was more of a dimwit, who liked attention than an actual murderer. Now, Jeff & his friend Alan were actual criminals with extensive criminal records.

I think they would've actually killed Carole before Joe did and I think they purposely set Joe up because they knew he was an idiot who liked to run his mouth.

Those other charges, even the other tiger guy admitted were BS to just try to box Joe in.

He definitely won't serve the full term.

Of course Trump pardoned him!

Trump made his money laundering money for the Mob, he thinks that trying to rub out your rivals is a normal business practice.
