You make the mistake of taking the lust much too literal in conjunction with the foot or feet themselves. You're trying to disassociate it from the person in an effort to understand—objectifying by extension, instead of how you would persumably perceive your own enthusiasm of a beautiful, interesting "busty actress topless" of your choice.

No matter what the fetish, other guys would enjoy the fullness of the experience same as you so there should really be no mystery. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Florence Pugh is hip right now... she's liable to have a lot of admirers who feel they have been hit by a thunderbolt... a subset of which, if they're foot fetishists, will find glory in these finds as the reveal that they've anticipated.

But if they were at the beach with your sister under almost the exact same circumstances, it would just be a day at the beach, and no reason to hail "sweet gawd almighty," "what a treat," and so forth.

I don't blame you for the confusion since wikifeet tends to lend credence to the objectification angle, but they don't do this for the benefit of the fantasy... they do it, along with the rating system, to help legitimize the endeavor in the minds of those being photographed. It has boosted the marketability and acceptability of such photoshoots and I think that's great!

This linked shot is nothing special, though. It's too stagy. In particular regarding the artificial depth perception which gives it a surreal quality as if Pugh were a hobbit or something. Even many of those who appear to like it would presumably be imagining their own varience in the mise-en-scene of Pugh (in this case) or whomever else may bring desire in a similar piece.
