But to answer your question, when many child and teen actresses hit 18, the industry and audiences still consider them to be children and teens.
So they go to great lengths — including performing nude in films/shows and/or posing for provocative photos (sometimes before hitting 18) — to show the world and the industry they’re now grown up.

Yeah, I don't see anything "slutty" about those pics. It's a fine dress for, say, the climate of SoCal. Most fathers in Western nations wouldn't bat an eye if their daughter wore such a dress to the prom.
