They are already celebrating how she is the first native american wamen of color to be nominated for the Oscars. She has the win guaranteed.

If she wins, it is because she gave a great performance. It is not a guarantee though. Emma Stone won the BAFTA and could win the Oscar.

Emma is white, she won't win out against Gladstone who is very much checking all the diversity boxes.
