His nose looks like it's been broke a bunch of times and flattened while at the same time it's huge and swollen.

No but he probably would have made a far better boxer than he did an actor.

Presumably so, since he has consistently shown himself to be a fucking terrible actor...

No, he's always been a human being as far as I know. Maybe in his last life incarnation he was some sort of dog.

I really doubt it, perhaps he was bullied or something when he was growing up, but does not look like a real boxer at all.
