...that white chick

reply

This is so bizarre and ridiculous. It’s like casting a white actor as MLK Jr., which would never happen.

Is this the beginning of an agenda to rewrite history? For what purpose?

reply

Or a biopic about Albert Einstein with an Asian actor. Or Fidel Castro by an African American actor. None of what's going to happen, so what could possibly be the agenda behind this?

reply

It's just another step in the journey to erase the European people.

First pics of her as King Henry VIII's 2nd wife:

Henry VIII. probably spinning in his grave

reply

What about Anne Boleyn?

reply

She already lost her head

reply

And now her history!

reply

Even with 500 years of decomposition, he's still too fat to roll in a grave!

reply

Is it wrong that I burst out laughing when I saw those pics?

reply

No. Obviously the chick herself has to chuckle.

reply

This is actually one of the most absurd things I have ever seen and i'm on the left.

ridiculous

reply

I can't take it seriously, it would only work if it were a comedy, which it isn’t.

reply

It's like stepping back in time, she looks so authentic.

reply

There would be a massive uproar if you tried to whitewash a fictional black character let alone a real historical figure. They would call it appropiating black culture. And yet this is acceptable. The double standard is mind boggling.

reply

This is a new level of taking your audience for an idiot. Movies don't work this way, you can't unsee her appearance. All I see is a black woman in a courtly sixteenth century environment and that is totally impossible, takes me out of the story.

reply

People who still claim this is just "colorblind casting" are simply liars.

One could choose to do a modern-day retelling, but obviously that's not what they want. They just want to rewrite history.

reply

So true... They could make it a dynastic corporate family, or even a presidential one... Might actually have been interesting...

The progressive ideology is probably robbing us of some much more interesting shows/movies...
