Just to copy from a comment I made in another thread, he's definitely gained at least one scar from his accident it seems, no biggie really -

Actually I'd say it looks like he's got quite a big scar above his left eye, about an inch above his eyebrow from the middle of his forehead right around to his hairline. It's been well stitched (as it obviously would be, considering) but definitely something there.

Make-up will easily cover that for TV/Film work as it's been well cleaned up and flattened out, hasn't affected the shape of his face or eye - pretty light so it'll fade even more with time too.

Given the fact that the only photos to emerge since his accident show a large beard or shadows obscuring a clear look at all of his face, I think we have to assume there are scars. Is there one on his forehead? Maybe, but I suspect the more problematic ones are concealed by his beard. If you lighten the American Assassin photo, you can kind of get a hint of them, I think. I certainly hope I am wrong, but I think that if there was no damage, then he wouldn't be so coy about providing a clear look. I'd like to say a few scars won't damage his career, but given how shallow Hollywood is, it could have an impact.
