I really think it went so well for Trump in the last debate, he should ask for the same rules and have questioners from one of the liberal networks and one of the more conservative types from Fox. She can tell us how much she loves yellow school buses, and how inflation decreases the amount of money available to families while not telling us what she plans to do about it.

And where is Janet Yellen? The stock markets around the world are in meltdown, and she's nowhere to be found.

I remember the good old days, when Presidents actually led. When we were faced with a completely destabilized Middle East, American servicemen being killed, OR stock markets doing a meltdown (I can't remember a time when we had both at the same time), the Presidents would come on the TV and speak to the nation to reassure us about what they, as the leaders of the Free World, were going to do.

Now Biden's on vacay, and Kamala is ducking all questions. No one seems to be in charge.

What it's called is a stock market correction, as everyone wonders if it's finished "correcting." You weren't around for Carter's economy, or very many economies, apparently, so you don't know how skittish markets can be. Before you start claiming it's YOUR recovery, let's wait until a month after the election and see if we really have a recovery or not.
