I have no idea, she probably doesn't know it's just a matter of posture, although less comfortable the position I described would make her look like her shoulders were closer and the collarbone would appear like there was muscle beneath it.

She's not a perfectly proportioned model but she's not hideous.

She looks very English. At least what I imagine an upper class English person to look like.
