Kit Harrington is the absolute worst on GAME OF THRONES. He always looks confused, and angry about being confused. His "emoting", specifically "Wildlings tried to kill my little brother!", is awful and he has Josh Hartnett levels of anti-charisma. It only makes things worse when he's acting opposite Cosmo or Leslie, and they imbue their characters with REAL personality, because it makes Harrington look even more like a slack-witted amateur than he already does.

Rewatching the first season at the moment, God he's tragic. He has one facial expression: angry sulk.

Ah, he's not that bad. Personally I think he's supposed to act angry/confused. His character has a lot of doubt and he's not really sure what he's supposed to be doing. Well, he does, it's protecting the wall, but he has a lot of doubts about it and where he currently is. If you don't like him, fair enough, but with another season of Game of Thrones coming up and him in a big blockbuster movie like Pompeii, who knows. He might surprise you moving forward. I'm curious to see how he does myself.

shareI'm totally with you on this OP! I can't stand to see him on screen because of bad acting or if Jon is just an awful character. However, I hear that the book character isn't really better so maybe the acting isn't so bad if Jon is suppose to be like that? But it is still not enjoy to watch him on screen...
