Captain Marvel is a more popular and likable character, it is also a character that is inspiring to women specially young ones. Harley is a horrible role model.

You talking about the actual actresses or their characters in the movies? Obviously Captain Marvel is much more popular than Harley Quinn as it made over a billion. Margot vs Brie is a different story although I got Brie Larson there.

No way. I think Harley Quinn is way more popular as character. If for example a Batman movie flops and an Ant-Man movie goes well,that doesnt mean that Ant-Man suddendly becomes more popular than Batman as character.
