Here's what happened to Princess Eugenie

"Princess Eugenie, her husband Jack Brooksbank, and their son August, had been living at Frogmore Cottage since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry (who lease the home!) left the United Kingdom. But, apparently, Eugenie and Jack quietly relocated this past summer, choosing Nottingham Cottage as their new royal residence. (FYI, they're also spending part of their time in Portugal for Jack's job.) Furthermore,Nottingham Cottage (an ultra-cozy two bedroom) is situated on the Kensington Palace grounds, and also has a connection to the Sussexes"

Personally I would have never left Frogmore for Nottingham on Kensington Palace grounds due to it's connection to the Sussexes!!!

reply

Both Frogmore and Nottingham are connected to Harry and Meghan.

Meghan thought living in a small cottage instead of a palace was beneath her. She watched Princess Diaries too many times.

reply

False. The British tabloids lied and said Harry and Meghan were living in palaces. The documentary showed they were living in small cottages.

reply

Not false. Your reading comprehension is poor.

Both Frogmore COTTAGE and Nottingham COTTAGE are connected to Harry and Meghan. I never wrote that they were living in a palace. Nor did any newspaper I read. I wrote that Meghan EXPECTED to live in a palace because she watched the Princess Diaries movie too many times.

reply

Your reading comprehension is shit! I didn't say you said they were living in palaces. I said the british tabloids said they were and it pissed off the british people, cuz they were screaming H and M were wasting their taxpayer money!!! Meghan expected to work and start a family!

reply

Bull! You're a bad liar! You started your comment with "False."

The British tabloids stated they were living in Frogmore cottage. Brits were upset about paying £2.4 million for its renovation in which Harry and Meghan eventually repaid. Everyone knew they never lived in a palace except you because of your poor reading comprehension. rif.org

The royals bring in more money than what is spent on them.

reply

The tabloids pretended frogmore had 10 bedrooms and gold toilets and tubs, aLL LIES!!!

reply

Don't deflect.

The tabloids are very clear where the royals live. It's common knowledge that Harry and Meghan never lived in a palace.

reply

According to the British tabloids, William didn't want Eugenie and her husband living at Frogmore Cottage.

reply

There must be some reason, like that, nobody moves from a multi-bedroom living space to a two-bedroom one, without a damn good reason. And since I assume that Eugenie and her husband aren't paying rent, that means that someone high up in the palace decided to reshuffle the extended family's living arrangements, whether the Yorks like it or not.

Hey, I'm not picky about free places to live either! I'll take any little rathole in Kensington Palace!

"Princess Eugenie's move comes after her family's initial plan to relocate from Frogmore Cottage to Adelaide Cottage was dashed. You know, thanks to the fact that Prince William and Kate Middleton moved into Adelaide Cottage instead, which apparently lead to some tension between the families.

The Daily Mail spoke to sources “close to the Yorks” at the time, who said Princess Eugenie had “been trying to secure" Adelaide Cottage "for when she moves out of Frogmore.” They also added that “before Andrew’s most recent scandal, it was definitely a property he was [also] trying to secure for his daughter.”

Andrew tried to get her Adelaide Cottage and she was shuffled into a two-bedroom place instead?

Sounds like the Palace was trying to send yet another "Fuck YOU, Andrew" message.

reply

Charles doesn't like Andrew?

reply

Rumor has it that Charles both dislikes Andrew and disapproves of him, and that Andrew is going to be frozen out for the rest of Charles's reign.

Rumor also has it that William feels the same.

reply

I assume for his behavior, therefore unfit for royal duties - not dislike him as a brother.

reply

He's definitely been deemed unfit for royal duties, and who knows about the brotherly affection. Love between siblings isn't guaranteed, particularly if they've had a chance to get on each other's nerves for 60-odd years.

Rumor has it that there's little love lost on a personal level, and I can believe that. Because Charles was always the dutiful son who did what was expected and did his best for the family business, and Andrew was the son who broke all the rules and got forgiven for everything because he was his momma's favorite. Everyone knows families like that, and how do the dutiful children feel about their siblings who were forgiven for breaking all the rules... ones their parents were gone?
