The definition of not hot, but pretty.

Nice face, but doesn't have a hot face if that makes any sense.

Who would be an example of someone with a hot face? (Never thought a face could be "hot".)

reply

It's difference between someone you want to f**k or someone you want to marry.

reply

I always thought Amy Irving was not that hot despite being beautiful. That had more to do with her personality, though.

There is most definitely a difference between attractive types.

Some women are cute, pretty, beautiful and/or sexy. Some women straddle several categories, Gal Gadot being both beautiful and sexy. Pretty is basically beautiful-lite, a plainer less impressive type. In truth most women who are sexy have some degree of beauty to them, it's largely a prerequisite (exceptions do exist though they are often 'butterfaces') though not all beautiful women are sexy.

The cute-sexy hybrid is rare but I think the likes of Jenna Ortega achieve it.

Brunnettes are sexier. Full features notably lips are sexy. A lot of pretty and beautiful women have refined and thin features coupled with fair hair, they lack sensuality.

Ellen Page was cute. Emma Watson is pretty. Grace Kelly was beautiful. Dua Lipa is sexy.

So true. Claire has a nice, pleasant face, but she doesn't have the face where people are amazed at her beauty.

reply

She’s cute. Not hot.

Hot to me is an incredible woman you want to bang immediately.

Foy is cute. I wouldn’t pass up a chance to bang her, but I’m not driven to do so.

reply

Fair, but I think there's a beauty in Claire that lacks hotness.

reply

The body has a lot to do with hotness. Hers isn’t impressive at all.
