I was against her as Wonder Woman originally.
I felt she lacked the physical or acting stature necessary to bring Wonder Woman to the screen.
I was wrong.
That one look she gives before the big fight in BvS was perfect.
She has obviously worked hard to improve her physicality and is taking the character very seriously.
I am very pleased and satisfied.
Can't wait to see her movie.
Couldn't agree more. WW is such a lightweight, campy superhero from my memories of childhood cartoons and the lame 70s show. I didn't think anyone could pull of Wonder Woman and not look like an idiot. But wow. GG absolutely nailed it. Her war cry when she attacks is epic. And that guitar riff theme. Bam. She held her own as much as Superman did.

shareI've always hated the WW character and I also thought she was lame even before I hated her. Invisible jet and lasso of truth you've got to be kidding me.
But Gal was amazing in BvS. I jumped up and cheered when she was revealed in her costume. It shows a real commanding presence that she did so well with her little screen time.

I'm so glad they took their time to find the right person. It would have made the movie cheap. I really think she is perfect.
