This is Ros, she went full frontal even.

It was indeed her who didn't want to go nude anymore, hence why her character got killed off. She wasn't in the books anyway. There was only a hunt of red-haired whore in Winterfel, who Ros is based on. I've seen pictures of her in pre-production where she was fully naked, but I can't say for what reason it was. I doubt it was for sex, if that's what you're hoping for.
