Can't find anything on her age I've only found one site where she was born '96- I doubt shes 16. She looks 21ish to me..

Over 18, definitely. Early 20's.

yeah its just weird it isnt mentioned anywhere and she doesnt seem to be very open about it..

Two actresses played Callie in that episode. I think the little girl you are referring too was played by Ava Hughes (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1745653/)
