She is filming a TV show in LA and he has been working in NY all this time, so they probably don't get to see one another as much as they'd like. But yes, still friends.

She's said before that she's never going to let them go... and she often calls him her best friend.

EVERY time Lea mentions being in the NY area on twitter, it's always accompanied by seeing Groff, going to dinner with him, etc. hehe. And he was at The View taping when Lea and Cory were on!
So yeah, they're still very much BFFs for life :)

Actually last month when the Glee cast had a promo tour at Australia.
I went to the glee promo fans day and got to meet Lea, i told her i was a fan of SA particularly Groff and to tell him he's awesome, she was like "that's so cool, I'll tell him, I actually just got off the phone with him this morning". So i think that implies they're still in touch and as close as ever.
