He's a good looking guy, and yeah, he's not that great as an actor but he makes up for that with charm.

Wtf? He is a good actor - he was nominated for a Tony for Spring Awakening, and has received good notices for just about everything he's been in. His career is really just taking off...!

Any actor who consistently works is a successful actor OP. Jonathan is doing well!
