Both of my sons went to school w/her...

She went to Destrehan High School w/my sons -- they said she was down to earth, funny, absolutely gorgeous and friendly w/everyone. Its so cool to see a girl from my part of town in Louisiana doing so well in Hollywood..wonder if she still dating Jay Kenneth Johnson ex-Philip from Days of our Lives...he is absolutely freaking gorgeous..I know they kept their relationship on the down low bc they didn't want ppl to scrutinize them constantly...he and Shelley both left Days of Our Lives around the same time...now she's on the show "The Secret Circle" --about witches; I love all that supernatural stuff-- Vamp Diaries, Supernatural, True Blood-- anything dealing w/supernatural stuff is my favorite kinda show...I hope she does well and hope they are still dating- what a gorgeous couple they make, both are stunning..My sons were friends w/her and they said she was like a Sandra Bullock type, sorta like Sandra's persoanlity in
Miss Congeniality; she also did charity work esp w/teenagers driving drunk-- her brother was killed bc of getting behind a wheel drunk, so she is an advocate for teenagers not to drink and drive...that is like her number one priority and also a speaker for the cause; she speaks to a lot of high school teenagers about this subject...she had to find out the hard way bc of her brother dying while drinking and driving. i think its great she puts herself out there and talks about her brother, bc she is still in a lot of pain losing him like that....she does remind me of Sandra as well, in fact Sandra is one of Shelley's fave actresses...good choice.
