You Americans are all about good vs evil, freedom vs Osama and socialism vs liberalism. In Europe we are bored with your brainwashed totalitarianism. For some reason people seem to think Jamie isn't kingly enough to play King Arthur, but personally I like this idea of Arthur as a self-centered brat who is slowly becoming the hero that we all know from the legends. Jamie is a superb actor and I think he is a perfect imperfect Arthur, if you know what I mean.

shareI don't have any problem with Jamie's portrayal of Arthur. It's an Arthur that hasn't been seen before - a young man torn from his home, destined for a future he never expected.
However, as an American, I am offended by your first 2 sentences. Please explain what being an American has to do with a post on Jamie as Arthur and why you assume that all of the negative comments about Camelot are from Americans?
Apparently the OP thinks he is the voice of the entire country of Europe. Go away.

shareI'm from the US and I love Jamie as Arthur. I love this whole time period and I think this whole series puts a different spin on this time in history and I love it. I sure hope it's picked up for another season. Jamie is fantastic.
