I agree. I was shocked to see so many people talking about him being ugly and not being able to act. I think he's beautiful, and he did a great job in Mortal Instruments. Knowing he was playing Jace was the main reason I wanted to see it. Jonathan Rhys Meyers was another good reason. People can be so cruel while hiding behind their IP addresses.

I don't think he is ugly, yes he looks different at times but u think he just needs to gain about 40 lbs.... The guy is way too skinny!

Far too skinny & scraggley, sure lots of women/girls will like that slender androgny but in the end the bigger loveable hunk always wins. Chris Hemsworth or Robert Pattison yes, Jamie no, needs to add 20lbs.

Tatoos & runes doth not a super magic hero make, that kind of metro-goth is too Buffy & Charmed , too 1990's yesterday.
