Starring in 'Now is Good' with Dakota Fanning

I really excited to see both of them in a movie together. I have not read "Before I Die", so I don't know who Kaya will be in the movie (maybe the best friend). Here's the source:

I read the book last fall. She's likely playing Zoey, Tessa's best friend. I've been wondering who'd they'd get to play that roll.
